We have blocked off 15 rooms at each hotel. Be sure to tell them that you are a part of the
Southeastern Rett Syndrome Alliance Conference when you make your reservation. The rates will be good for the nights of August 1 & August 2. We have also requested that each hotel give us as many handicapped accessible rooms as possible for the weekend. Those will be on a first come, first serve basis.

The cutoff dates for the reservations at the special rates listed above are as follows:

Doubletree – No cutoff date
Courtyard – July 14
Medical Center – No cutoff date

So make those reservations early!
